There are several formulations that can be used to describe the journey of women in the military and women in leadership positions and as leaders, specifically in the United States but largely applicable wherever women serve in the military services. In this session let us examine the evolution through the formulation of "P7"-- Policy, Preparation, Professionalism, Performance, Perseverance, Perspective and Personal Journey.
