A Joint ADB – LKY School Conference for LKYSPP 10th Anniversary Event

Conference Features 

As the opening activity celebrating LKY School’s 10th anniversary, the conference will present the findings of the researches conducted by distinguished scholars and faculty members of the LKY School and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on addressing the challenges and prospects in governance, public policy, and public service management. The researches focus primarily on the country-related studies featuring different policy areas supported by the Asian Development Bank in the region. The topics include:

  • Fiscal Decentralization in Indonesia: Local Infrastructure Impact and Finance
  • Designing an Equitable and Sustainable Framework for Natural Resource Management in Mongolia
  • Assessment of the Pakistan Microfinance Sector’s Role in Promoting Financial Inclusion
  • Public-Private Partnerships in Water Sector in India
  • Health Sector Governance in People’s Republic of China

Who Should Attend?

The conference is open to all interested government officials, policymakers, researchers, faculty and students. Representatives from the private sector are highly encouraged to attend, as this conference would stimulate ideas to explore potential collaborations with the public sector on the different policy areas.
