Press Briefing on the Singapore Chronicles project


The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) is launching Singapore Chronicles – a series of 50 publications to record, explain and offer insights into what makes Singapore, Singapore – to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Singapore’s independence next year. Featuring a wide range of topics, the books will be authored by subject experts from the public sector, academia and journalism.

Five authors – former Permanent Secretaries Bilahari Kausikan and Peter Ho; writer Sylvia Tan; sociologist Chua Beng Huat; and biologist N. Sivasothi – will be at the breakfast session to discuss the books that they are writing.

IPS Special Research Adviser Arun Mahizhnan will chair this session and speak about the Singapore Chronicles project. You are cordially invited to this briefing.
