Workshop on Conducting Social Research in Singapore

Synopsis:

Social Lab (SocLab) at the Institute of Policy Studies, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS), and the Social Science Policy Cluster (SSP) at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, NUS, are jointly organising a half-day workshop on social research in Singapore. Panel 1: “Research Best Practices: Perspectives of Survey Research Companies” examines the unique, culture-specific challenges in conducting survey research in Singapore. Panel 2: “Research Best Practices: Panel Studies” focuses on panel research as methodological strategy in social science research.
